Summer Beauty Recipes
Summer vegetables contains full of water and potassium which make our bodies cool down, that is like taking a role of natural ice pack.
The characteristic of this seasonal vegetables is to be easily eaten without cooked, so they don't lose their enzymes and nutrients a lot.
Here are recipes which we can benefit by them during ALL SUMMER long!!



edamame, rolled oats & quinua salade
200g of edamameboiled 5min in salted water
60g of rolled oats
1 table spoon of quinua
2 table spoons of parmesan cheese
1 table spoon of olive oil
some broccoli super sprout
some salt and ponzu(sour soy sauce)
Boil oats and quinua in salted water for 10min.
Soak them and have them cool, then mix with edamame in a bowl.
Add cheese and oil, taste and adjust by a little bit salt if needed.
Place in the refrigerator and put them on the super sprout at the bottom of the glass, drop ponzu just before eating!
Tomato soup for grown up,,,
3 tomatoes cut roughly
1/2 onion sliced
2 myouga(Japanese ginger)
1 garlic cut fine
1 table spoon ofcoconut oil
1 table spoon of coconut oil
1 chilli pepper
1 tea spoon of cumin seeds
1 tea spoon of chilli powder
1 tea spoon of salt
1 tea spoon of soy sauce
a little of black pepper
Put oil, chilli pepper and cumin seeds into saucepan and cook over a low heat.
When smell's good, add garlic and onions.
Stirfry gently with a low heat until they are softened.
Add tomatoes, salt, chilli powder then make a heat a little bit high, stirfry 2-3min until tomatoes are broken into sauces, then add myouga.
Stirfry 3-4min, then it becomes like a soup.
add soy sauce and black pepper.
Stirfry bitter melon and red paprika
1/2 bitter paprika remove the seeds and sliced
1/2 red paprika sliced
1 garlic sliced
10g of wheat gluten
1 egg white
1 tea spoon of sesame oil
1 table spoon of gojiberry
1 table spoon of soy sauce
2 tea spoons of cooking sake
Marine bitter melon with salt and sugar(not included above) 5min, wash and soak for a while.
Soak wheat gulten in some water for 2min, mix with egg white.
Put oil into frying pan and heat until garic smells.
Add bitter melon and paprika, stir 1min, add gojibery.
Then add sake and soy sauce.
Mix roughly and put wheat gulten into saucepan, stir until the liquid is out.
